Meet Our Dentist
Aleasia Lee, DMD
Dr. Lee was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. From a young age, she was captivated by the doctor-patient relationship she observed with her dentist. She cherished the visits and the connections that were formed. As she matured and began to consider her career path, she aspired to provide others with the same enriching experiences she had enjoyed!

Lee pursued her education at Appalachian State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2019. She then continued her studies at East Carolina School of Dental Medicine, obtaining her Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2024. Following her dental education, Dr. Lee completed a year-long residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at East Carolina University.
She is proud to be a member of both the North Carolina Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. Lee is eager to build relationships with her new patients! Her objective is to ensure that each patient feels comfortable and confident with their smile.
She looks forward to providing exceptional care and fostering the same connections she experienced with her dentist. In her leisure time, Dr. Lee enjoys attending sporting events, going to concerts, reading, and discovering new dining spots. She is married to Bryson, and together they share their home with two adorable cats, Benni and Dansby!
Rice James, DDS
With over 30 years of experience, James Rice, DDS has a reputation for providing gentle and personalized care that patients trust. He graduated from the West Virginia School of Dentistry, completed extensive training courses in restorative, cosmetic, implant, and anxiety-free dentistry, and is Invisalign® certified. He has been married 30 years to his wife, also Dr. Rice. The couple practices dentistry together at both Nellysford Dentist and Crozet Dentist, and they have lived in the Charlottesville area with their family since 1986. They appreciate the privilege of serving their community by donating to and supporting many local sports teams, various charities and local schools.
Neko L. Webb, DDS
Dr. Webb’s desire to help others and make the world a better place motivated him to study dentistry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with emphasis on biomedical from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Pembroke in 2016. He went on to acquire his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UNC School of Medicine in 2020. Dr. Webb loves dentistry and lives by the principle of delivering the best care possible. Rather than telling patients what to do, he prefers a collaborative approach through patient education and offers in-house dental implant services.

A happily married family man, the doctor loves to spend time with his wife and six children. He enjoys working with his hands (another reason he became a dentist) and likes to do yardwork, woodwork and tinkering with cars. He also participates in active sports such as kayaking, basketball, football and adventurous overlanding.
